Walk and Talk - In-Person Counselling
If you are interested in an in-person option, I can come and meet you on a trail or in a public space in North Vancouver or West Vancouver for a walk and talk counselling session. Our bodies process our emotions just as our minds do, and physical movement can be a helpful tool in processing those feelings.
